Thank you for stopping by—here’s a little about me and how I got here.When I was just 12 years old, I found myself at a crossroads that would shape my life’s mission. I was born with skin on my left side that looked burnt, stretching from my neck to my foot. After months of uncertainty, I was diagnosed at 6 months old with Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome (KTS)—a rare vascular disorder that comes with unique challenges.Because of my KTS, my left side is darker in color and smaller in size than my right. My left arm and leg are an inch and a half shorter, and the circumference of my arm, leg, and hip is smaller. Growing up, I faced visible differences and physical limitations, including varicosities in my left leg and the constant threat of complications.At 12 years old, I was told by doctors that I’d likely face amputation of my left leg, that having children might not be possible, and that I should avoid all physical activity. I had a choice to make: accept these limitations or fight to defy the odds.I chose to fight.

Every struggle, every obstacle, and every moment of doubt has led me to where I am today—in the health and wellness space, helping others overcome their own barriers to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. My experiences have taught me that challenges don’t define us—our choices do.Over the last 25 years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping hundreds of clients transform their health and wellness. Through personalized guidance, practical strategies, and unwavering support, I’ve seen firsthand how fitness, nutrition, and mindset can change lives. Now, I want to help YOU experience the same transformation.
